Kelsey Lee Interiors is a full-service design firm that has been serving clients since 2017. We are passionate about making clients’ homes places they love to be and places that aid in their day-to-day function. We prioritize classic design over trends; investments over quick-fixes. Our team aims to listen well and always draws on our clients’ unique backgrounds and tastes.

Kelsey Hymel, Founder and Lead Designer

A North Carolina native and UNC-Chapel Hill graduate, Kelsey has been passionate about interiors and homes since she was a child. She began to transition from work in public relations to interior design with a job at A. Hoke Ltd. in 2014. Kelsey later completed the interior design certification through the New York Institute of Art & Design and began working for a designer in Raleigh while also taking on clients of her own. Seven years and two kids later she made the switch to focus all her energy on Kelsey Lee Interiors.

Rebecca Sipe, Design Assistant

Originally from Wheaton, IL, Rebecca made Raleigh home 10 years ago. After completing the Raleigh Fellows program she worked for seven years at Kitchen & Bath Galleries at North Hills. During that time she also completed the interior design certification through the NYIAD with the hopes of one day working in interiors. Rebecca started with KLI in 2022 and has loved getting to connect with clients and help them transform their homes.

Marla Myers, Admin & Design Assistant

After graduating from Miami University, Marla relocated to NC and spent several years teaching social studies and growing her family. She enjoys to travel with loved ones, and looks forward to splitting her free time between her college-age children in Boone and Tuscaloosa.
